Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
At the end of your trial your account is automatically paused — no charges are made. You can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using all features, or your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are billed once per year and cannot be refunded pro-rata, but you can still upgrade mid-cycle and pay only the difference.
Some plans require a minimum number of user licences to ensure the features are used in the right context. For example, Professional requires at least 3 seats. You can always add more seats above the minimum.
SMS fair-use limits (10 K–25 K segments/mo per plan) cover the vast majority of teams. If you exceed your limit, overages are billed at a low per-segment rate shown in your account. Custom plans include truly unlimited SMS.
Yes. Porting your existing US or international numbers into Teloz is free of charge on all paid plans. The process typically takes 3–7 business days.
Every plan is backed by a carrier-grade network with 99.999% uptime SLA (financial remedy included), 24/7 NOC monitoring, automated multi-carrier failover, and STIR/SHAKEN A-level attestation on US/CA traffic. SLA tier scales from 99.9% on Starter up to 99.999% on Enterprise.
Annual billing locks in the discounted per-user monthly rate (up to 38% off) and is charged as one payment at the start of the year. The rate stays fixed for the full year even if prices change.
