This page reflects real-time status. The hero banner at the top shows the overall system state. Each service card shows its individual status and current latency. The page auto-refreshes every 60 seconds.

We post an initial incident notice within 5 minutes of detecting an issue that affects customers. Updates follow every 15–30 minutes until the incident is resolved.

Minor means some customers may notice degraded performance. Moderate means a meaningful portion of traffic is affected. Major means a service is fully unavailable. Critical means multiple core services are down simultaneously.

Yes — use the Subscribe section on this page to sign up for email alerts. You can also connect via Slack or register a webhook endpoint to receive JSON payloads directly in your own systems.

Teloz guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime for voice calls and the REST API under our Enterprise plans, and 99.9% for Growth plans. Uptime is calculated excluding scheduled maintenance windows which are announced 72 hours in advance.
